It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase that is why we offer a credit note/exchange only in cases which:
-The item does not fit you
-You are not satisfied with the quality
-Or you have simply changed your mind
-The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
-The item is not a sale item
-The item is not a bodysuit, swimwear or lingerie (for hygiene reasons).
-The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date
-A receipt and proof of purchase is available
The credit note will be issued in the form of a gift card which can be used to purchase a replacement.
-Sale items, swimwear, bodysuits & lingerie are strictly excluded.
-We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice, however we can provide you with a credit note equivalent to the price of the item/s you purchased.
-Should our return policy not been honoured, the item will be sent back with charges payable by the customer.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We reserve the right to refuse a credit note/exchange if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Please include your invoice with your returned item to enable us to identify you and process your credit note/exchange as quickly as possible, if this is not present please write a written note with all your details.
